Terms and Rules
Please read these Terms and Rules carefully before using this website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Rules, as well as the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them. If you do not agree with these Terms and Rules or the Privacy Policy, please refrain from using this website or any of its services.
This website, along with its materials and services (hereinafter referred to as the «Website Services»), is the property of Sergey Gorobets Pritomskiy (hereinafter referred to as the «Owner»), who can be contacted at the following address: Spain, 04740, Roquetas de Mar, apartado №46.
1. Purpose of the Terms and Rules.
1.1. The purpose of these Terms and Rules is to define the conditions under which Users and Visitors may access and use the Website Services.
1.2. Anyone who accesses any of the Website Services provided by the Owner is required to unconditionally comply with these Terms and Rules.
1.3. The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Rules at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, technical developments, or the organizational structure of the Website Services provided by the Owner. Such modifications take effect immediately upon publication and do not require prior notification to Users. Before using the Website Services, Users may check the date of the latest update to the Terms and Rules and the Privacy Policy in the following sections: the Outer Hall of the Order: Initium Mentis or Help.
2. User Rights and Responsibilities
2.1. By registering on the website, the User confirms their agreement with these Terms and Rules and the Privacy Policy, as well as their age being 18 years or older.
2.2. By registering, the User agrees to provide true and accurate personal information in accordance with the registration form required to access the Website Services. If any of the provided information changes, the User must update it immediately.
2.3. The User Profile primarily consists of identifiers assigned by the Owner, which are the sole responsibility of the User. The User agrees to keep this information confidential and not disclose it in any form. If the User loses or falls victim to the theft of any credential associated with their identification, they must promptly inform the Owner, who will immediately annul and/or update the corresponding identifier.
2.4. The User is solely responsible for their identifiers, even if they have been previously saved on their computer, mobile phone, or any other device that allows automatic access to the Website Services.
2.5. It shall be assumed that any access to, use of, or data transmission via the User Profile has been performed by the User themselves. The User is responsible for protecting their password and must ensure they log out of their Profile after each session, particularly when using a shared or public computer.
2.6. A User Profile remains active for 730 days from the date of last login. After this period, the Profile will be automatically deleted without any right to compensation. The identifiers of a deleted Profile may be reassigned to another User without the possibility of appeal.
2.7. The User agrees not to create false identities that may mislead the Owner or third parties, nor to impersonate any other individuals or legal entities.
2.8. If the User provides false or misleading information, the Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User Profile without prior notice or compensation and may deny access to the Website Services permanently or temporarily.
2.9. After accepting these Terms and Rules and completing the registration form, the User will receive an email containing a verification link. The User Profile will only be activated, and access to the Website Services granted, after clicking the confirmation link in the email.
2.10. The User may post messages relevant to the specific topic of the forum section, edit their messages, create new discussion topics, participate in polls, and engage in any activities not prohibited by the forum rules, provided they adhere to common sense and generally accepted norms of conduct both online and in real life.
2.11. If a User makes an error when creating a topic or post, they may request assistance from a moderator, who will take the necessary actions upon request.
2.12. The User may file complaints against other forum users with the section moderator.
2.13. The User may appeal the actions (or inaction) of a section moderator to the forum administrator. However, actions taken by the forum administrator are not subject to discussion.
2.14. If the User has any questions regarding the forum’s functionality, they may contact the forum moderators via the private messaging system.
2.15. The User acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any content they share through the Website Services, whether made publicly available or transmitted privately. This includes but is not limited to: information, data, texts, software, music, sounds, photographs, images, videos, messages, or any other materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as «Content»).
2.16. The User acknowledges that downloading or obtaining any data through the Website Services is done at their own risk. The User is solely responsible for any damage to their computer or loss of data resulting from such downloads.
2.17. The User understands that they use the Website Services at their own risk. The Website Services are provided «as is» and are available without guarantees regarding their availability or stability.
2.18. The User understands that data transfer speed is not determined by the Website Services provided by the Owner, but rather by the technical characteristics of electronic communication networks and the device used for connection (e.g., dial-up, cable, ADSL) as well as the User’s internet access provider.
2.19. The User acknowledges the Owner’s right to modify the designation of Website Services at any time without altering the services themselves or requiring additional financial contributions from the User.
2.20. The User agrees that the Owner shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the creation, modification, cancellation, failure in delivery, transmission, or storage of User data. The User assumes full responsibility for these matters.
2.21. The User agrees not to create or participate in discussions that incite conflicts based on nationality, religion, or politics, nor to promote narcotic substances or violence in any form.
2.22. The User agrees not to use the Website Services to publish materials that infringe upon copyrights, patents, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.
2.23. The User agrees not to use the Website Services to share misleading, propagandistic, offensive, or harmful content.
2.24. The User agrees not to use profanity in messages. If necessary, certain letters in profane words must be replaced with * or similar symbols. Words that are offensive but not classified as explicit profanity are also prohibited.
2.25. The User agrees not to use the Website Services to express or discuss sexual interest in individuals under 18 years old, whether through stories, fantasies, discussions, or any other means. Posting links to such content is also prohibited.
2.26. The User agrees not to publish personal information about third parties (including names, photos, phone numbers, addresses, or other contact details) without their explicit consent.
2.27. The User agrees not to use the Website Services to invade another person’s privacy, obtain or misuse private information, or attempt unauthorized access to other computing systems.
2.28. The User agrees not to use the Website Services to threaten, harass, insult, or annoy other users.
2.29. The User agrees not to use the Website Services to send unsolicited, mass, or unwanted emails or any other materials to forum users, individuals, or organizations.
2.30. The User agrees not to duplicate a topic if it has received no responses from other users.
2.31. The User agrees to avoid excessive use of capital letters, oversized or tiny fonts, colors, emojis, tags, or quoting entire posts or discussion threads instead of citing the specific phrase being commented on. Highlighting individual words within a message is permitted.
2.32. The User agrees not to create the same topic in multiple sections simultaneously.
2.33. The User agrees not to use more than 50% capital letters, punctuation marks, or mathematical symbols in topic titles.
2.34. The User agrees not to use the color red in messages, as it is reserved for moderators.
2.35. The User agrees not to continue discussing a topic that has been deleted by a moderator. Any inquiries about moderation decisions should be made via private messages.
2.36. The User agrees not to discuss the actions of administrators or moderators, insult the forum administration, argue with a moderator within a topic, or create threads dedicated to discussing moderator actions.
2.37. The User agrees not to violate international, national, or federal laws of Spain or their country of residence.
3. Rights and Responsibilities of the Owner
3.1. The Owner shall not be held liable for any interruption of the Website Services, regardless of its cause, duration, or frequency.
3.2. The Owner does not guarantee data transmission speed or response times for data distributed from the Owner’s platform to the Internet.
3.3. The Owner does not monitor Content transmitted by Users through the Website Services and, therefore, cannot guarantee its legality, accuracy, correctness, or quality. As a result, Content that the Owner considers inappropriate may be present on the website. Consequently, the Owner shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of Content transmitted in any form through the Website Services.
3.4. The Owner will make every effort to ensure that the Website Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the Owner’s control. This does not apply to maintenance periods, potential system failures, unforeseen technical circumstances related to the nature of the Internet, malicious acts, or intentional damage to the Owner’s hardware or software.
3.5. The Owner does not provide personalized support or maintain a hotline. However, Users may submit feedback to the Owner via the website’s contact form, though this does not guarantee a response or interpretation from the Owner.
3.6. The Owner or appointed moderators have the right to move or delete any message or topic that violates these Terms and Rules.
3.7. The Owner or appointed moderators have the right to issue warnings or temporarily restrict a User’s ability to post on the forum, depending on the severity of the violation of these Terms and Rules.
3.8. The Owner or appointed moderators have the right to lift previously imposed sanctions.
3.9. In cases of repeated or severe violations, the Owner or appointed moderators have the right to temporarily or permanently revoke access to the forum (account suspension). If necessary, the administration may impose an IP ban.
4. Duration and Termination
4.1. The Website Services are provided by the Owner for an indefinite period.
4.2. The User acknowledges the Owner’s full right to terminate any or all Website Services, delete the User Profile, or remove any Content posted by the User without prior notice, explanation, or compensation. The User may also be permanently prohibited from accessing the Website Services.
5. Third-Party Websites
5.1. The Website Services may contain hyperlinks to websites published by third parties (hereinafter referred to as «Third-Party Websites») over which the Owner has no control. The Owner assumes no responsibility for the content of such Third-Party Websites, nor for any content to which those websites may link. The presence of hyperlinks to Third-Party Websites does not imply that the Owner endorses their content.
5.2. The Owner is not responsible for any changes or updates to Third-Party Websites, the transmission of information from such websites, or their malfunctioning. Links to Third-Party Websites are provided solely for the User’s convenience.
5.3. Users and Visitors bear full responsibility for any transactions conducted on Third-Party Websites, including those involving advertisers appearing on the Website Services, as well as for the purchase and payment of goods and services
5.4. Copying and publishing any materials from the Website Services on Third-Party Websites is permitted only if a hyperlink to the original source (lucifer.guru) is provided.
6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
6.1. These Terms and Rules are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes or conflicts arising from these Terms and Rules shall be resolved by the courts of Madrid, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
